inIn 2020, when the world was going through some major changes, I went through my own transformation too.  A friend introduced me to this fascinating book about healing chakras, and it totally blew my mind.  Turns out, what I thought were just “personality traits” were symptoms of having an imbalanced chakra system.

As we grow, our chakras develop, if we experience trauma during certain stages of our life, it can disrupt the energy flow in our chakras. For some, a quick trip to a chakra healer may be enough, especially if the trauma was minor or brief.  Triggers such as family dynamics, religious influences, or recurring situations can reignite imbalances, make it necessary to continuously balance the affected chakra.  If you are like me, then you understand that achieving chakra balance can be a lifelong journey.

Think of your chakras as energy wheels, like the tires on your car.  Just as you would balance a new tire, you’ve got to balance your chakras, if one chakra is out of whack, it’ll create trouble, affecting the adjacent chakras.  Which is why we recommend that after treating your chakra, you should retake the test to see how it’s changed your chakra energy flow.  

There is so much information from books to the internet, much of which was conflicting.  In an attempt to keep all this information organized, I started creating spreadsheets on how each chakra connects with the mind, body, and soul.  I had spreadsheets on the symptoms, essential oils, crystals and mudras that work best for each chakra.  I learned so much and even took a class to become a certified chakra healer.  

Throughout my healing journey, I realized each step and product had a profound effect on my chakra energy.  I could feel the positive changes, and even my friends noticed. I decided to create “Chakra Healing Kits” to simplify the process for everyone.  It wasn’t a walk in the park; existing products aimed at healing all chakras at once weren’t cutting it.  I’m a bit picky, and I insisted on using only the finest quality crystals and essential oils – they make all the difference!

Here’s the deal: You’ve got to put in the time and effort.  For most of us, it’s not as simple as saying a prayer and holding onto crystals.  You’ll learn to heal your mind, body, and soul simultaneously.  Make time for meditations, repeat those positive affirmations, and use the correct essential oils.  I believe in you!
